In 2020, Erinn and her husband Peter, who previously held a systems leadership position at Microsoft and served as Chief Operating Officer at eXp Realty, moved to The Real Brokerage. During their impactful tenure at Real, Erinn Nobel spearheaded significant growth initiatives. She reported bringing over 1,600 agents to the company within a few months, a move that contributed to an impressive 885% revenue increase and fundamentally set the company's future trajectory. Beyond agent acquisition and revenue growth, Nobel was instrumental in rebuilding Real's back-end technology infrastructure, redesigning the agent revenue share model to be more attractive, and establishing the company's core culture and vision statements. Despite these substantial achievements, Nobel described the period as "totally burnt out," prompting the couple to establish their own firm with a deliberate and intentional approach to brokerage operations.
