Acrisure Mortgage Appoints Todd Boss as President

Acrisure Mortgage announced on Thursday that Todd Boss has been appointed as the company's new president, taking over from Joe Nunziata. Nunziata was recently promoted to the position of president of Acrisure Real Estate Services. In his new role, Boss will be responsible for the daily operations of Acrisure Mortgage, which includes its national mortgage platform, sales division, and strategic growth plans. He will report directly to Nunziata, who now holds oversight of Acrisure's combined mortgage, title, and real estate businesses. Boss brings over three decades of experience in the mortgage industry and joined Acrisure Mortgage's executive leadership team in 2009. Prior to this appointment, he served as the chief sales officer, where he was instrumental in the expansion and development of the company's national sales organization. During his tenure, Boss contributed to the growth of Acrisure Mortgage's national presence and emphasized building strong relationships with customers, employees, and business partners. Joe Nunziata stated in a company release that Todd Boss is an exceptional team builder, business developer, and leader. Nunziata highlighted Boss's significant contributions to the company's growth over the past 15 years, noting that he has earned the trust and respect of employees, customers, and business partners. Acrisure Mortgage currently employs over 630 individuals across the United States and holds licenses in 49 states. According to RETR data from August 10, the company has 98 producing loan officers, with a 12-month volume totaling $1.8 billion, primarily consisting of conventional and Federal Housing Administration loans. As president, Boss's strategic priorities will include enhancing operational efficiency, driving national growth, advancing technology and innovation, and improving the customer experience for borrowers, builders, real estate professionals, and employees. Boss expressed his honor in taking on the leadership of Acrisure Mortgage, emphasizing the company's people-centric approach. This appointment is part of Acrisure's larger strategy to integrate its mortgage, title, and real estate operations under the umbrella of Acrisure Real Estate Services, with Nunziata leading the overarching platform and Boss managing the mortgage segment.
