The concept caters to wealthy car enthusiasts who seek to display their collections, with similar trends seen in luxury show garages favored by individuals like Sultan of Brunei, Ralph Lauren, Jerry Seinfeld, Jay Leno, and Adam Carolla. High-rise residents have also adopted car elevator systems to park vehicles directly within their units, transforming automobiles into display pieces.
