‘Thelma & Louise’ Musical Reveals Full Cast for Young Vic World Premiere

The Young Vic theatre in London announced the full cast for its world premiere musical adaptation of "Thelma & Louise" on May 15, 2024. The ensemble cast joins previously confirmed leads Amy Lennox and Rachel Tucker. New cast members include Trevor Dion Nicholas, known for his roles in "Hercules" and "Hadestown," Jordan Luke Gage, Samuel Edwards, Alex Gibson-Giorgio, Letita Hector, Tamlyn Henderson, and Jack Butterworth. The musical is set to debut at the Young Vic, marking the first stage production of the iconic 1991 film. The creative team includes director Trip Cullis, with music and lyrics by Natalie Paris and book by Leanne Best. The production aims to explore the themes of friendship, freedom, and rebellion that defined the original film, translating them into a new theatrical format.
