At least 33 reports of bristles detaching have been documented, with 11 of these leading to injuries, including cuts and puncture wounds in the mouth or throat. The CPSC urges consumers to immediately stop using the recalled grill brushes and to check for any stray bristles on their grills and in their food. Cuisinart is offering consumers a full refund for the purchase price of the recalled brushes.
