2027 Slate Truck
The 2027 Slate Truck is scheduled for release in the fall of 2026, with pre-orders opening in early 2026. This new model will feature a standard 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 engine, producing an estimated 400 horsepower and 415 lb-ft of torque. An optional hybrid powertrain, combining the 3.5-liter EcoBoost with a 10-speed automatic transmission and an electric motor, will offer an additional 40 horsepower and 100 lb-ft of torque. The truck's interior will boast a 15.5-inch infotainment touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration, alongside a 12-inch digital instrument cluster. Safety features will include standard adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, and automatic emergency braking. The 2027 Slate Truck will be available in four trims: XL, XLT, Lariat, and Platinum, with pricing expected to start around $45,000 for the base XL model and potentially exceed $70,000 for the Platinum trim.
