Porsche 911 GT3 S/C Convertible Debuts

Porsche officially launched the 911 GT3 S/C, a new convertible iteration of its renowned GT3 performance car, on May 15, 2024. This model combines the track-focused engineering of the GT3 with the open-air driving experience of a convertible. The "S/C" designation signifies "Speedster/Convertible," highlighting its dual nature.

The 911 GT3 S/C is engineered to deliver the same exhilarating performance as its coupe counterpart. It features a high-revving 4.0-liter naturally aspirated flat-six engine, capable of reaching 9,000 rpm. This powertrain is paired with a seven-speed PDK dual-clutch automatic transmission, optimized for rapid gear changes and track use.
