2027 Audi Q7's Third Generation Revealed with 591-HP V-8 Sibling

Audi revealed the third generation of its Q7 mid-size luxury SUV on June 26, 2024, featuring a redesigned exterior and interior, and introducing a new V-8 engine option for the SQ7 model. The updated Q7 lineup will offer a range of powertrains, including a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 261 horsepower and a 3.0-liter turbocharged V-6 engine delivering 335 horsepower. The performance-oriented SQ7 will be powered by a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V-8 engine, generating an impressive 591 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque, making it the most powerful production Q7 ever. Exterior updates include a revised grille, new headlight and taillight designs with customizable light signatures, and updated wheel options. Inside, the Q7 boasts a redesigned dashboard with updated dual-touchscreen MMI touch response system, enhanced ambient lighting, and new material options. Audi has also integrated new driver-assistance features, including an updated adaptive cruise assist with lane centering and emergency assist. The new Q7 is expected to go on sale in late 2024 or early 2025, with pricing details to be announced closer to the launch date.
